Shipping

We process most of our orders within 24 hours. Most of our new and used pedals and small accessories ship free via USPS Priority Mail to the contiguous 48 states. Guitars will ship via FedEx Ground or Home Delivery to the lower 48 at the flat rates listed below:

• Acoustic guitars with no case or a with gigbag: $40.00
• Acoustic guitars with hardcase: $60.00
• Electric guitars with no case or with gigbag: $50.00
• Electric guitars with hardcase: 70.00
• Bass guitars with no case or with gigbag: $60.00
• Bass guitars with hardcase: $80.00

Used amplifiers are available for in store pickup only unless other arrangements are made in advance.

If you are considering shipping outside the lower 48 or are interested in having an amplifier or other large item delivered, please contact us to make arrangements. 

Returns

We want you to be happy with your new gear no matter what. If for any reason you are unhappy or dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us right away and we will work with you to resolve any issues. We guarantee all  gear sold online and in store for 30 days from the date of purchase or delivery.

Most new, unused, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery for a full refund. If your item was eligible for free shipping your refund will be less the actual cost of shipping. The purchaser will be responsible for additional shipping costs during the return process unless the new item is found to be defective. If the item is no longer in new, unused, unopened condition Centaur Guitar reserves the right to refuse the return.

Used gear may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase or delivery for full store credit exchange for any reason. The purchaser will be responsible for any additional shipping costs during the return and exchange process unless the item being returned is found to be defective. Centaur Guitar reserves the right to refuse the return of any used or vintage gear that is not returned in the same condition that it was sold. This 30 day return policy excludes vintage items which are covered below. Used items purchased online may be returned for a refund less a 10% restocking fee as well as any shipping costs paid by Centaur Guitar for the initial delivery. Used items purchase in store may be returned for store credit only. 

Vintage items must be returned within 3 days of purchase or delivery and will be evaluated upon delivery. As stated above, Centaur Guitar reserves the right to refuse the return of any used or vintage gear that is not returned in the same condition that it was sold. Vintage items purchased online may be returned for a refund less a 10% restocking fee as well as any shipping costs paid by Centaur Guitar for the initial delivery. Vintage items purchase in store may be returned for store credit only unless other arrangements are agreed upon in advance.

Certain items including amplifier tubes, guitar pickups, strings, microphones, harmonicas and any items that come in contact with the mouth (talk boxes) are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

To review:

• Returns for new and used items must be processed within 30 days of purchase or delivery.
• Returns for vintage items must be processed within 3 days of purchase or delivery.
• Any shipping costs accrued during the return process will be the responsibility of the purchaser unless agreed upon in advance.

• All returned items must be in exactly the same condition as when purchased including all original packaging, manuals, and any accessories. New items must be in new and unaltered condition without showing signs of wear or damage in any way and returns will not be accepted on items that have already been registered for manufacturer's warranty.
