Domestic Shipping

Most qualifying orders of accessories and effects totaling $99 or more will ship for free via USPS Priority Mail. To see which items qualify towards the free shipping total just look for the icon.

There are several shipping options available at checkout. Simply choose which one works best for you. In general we recommend USPS Priority or Parcel Post for effects and small accessories and FedEx Home Delivery for guitars, amplifiers, and larger accessories.

Most online orders ship withing 48 hours of being received. Amplifiers and large or irregularly shaped guitars may require additional time to be prepared for shipping.

You should receive tracking information via email as soon as your item has shipped. If it's been more than 48 hours since you placed your order and you haven't received any tracking information please feel free to email or give us a call and we'll do our best to get a tracking number to you ASAP.

International Shipping

We have partnered with Bongo International to service our customers Worldwide!

Bongo International provides our customers with their very own US address. Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US based online retailers. Bongo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system which you can use to view your items and consolidate them with multiple orders.

International customers can save up to 82% off typical international shipping rates by following these four easy steps:

	Register with Bongo and receive a U.S. shipping address.
	Enter the Bongo address as both your billing and shipping address.
	Use the credit card that you have on file with Bongo as the payment method.
	Once the order arrives at Bongo, log into your account to forward to your country.

RETURNS

Used items are covered by a 30 day in store warranty. We will repair or issue store credit at our discretion.

New items are generally covered under various manufacturer warranties. In the event that you need to seek warranty repair or replacement, we will work with you to make sure that you receive the services you deserve.

We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with all your purchases at Centaur Guitar. Returns may be made for 100% store credit within the following conditions:

• Any returns must be processed within 30 days of purchase.
  
• If the item being returned was purchased online the purchaser must contact Centaur Guitar within 10 days of receiving the item to request a RMA number (Returned Merchandise Authorization) and the return must be received within 30 days of its initial ship date.
• Any shipping costs accrued during the return process will be the responsibility of the purchaser unless agreed upon in advance.
  
• The original receipt must be presented in order for the return to be processed.
• All returned items must be in exactly the same condition as when purchased including all original packaging, manuals, and any accessories. New items must be in new and unaltered condition without showing signs of wear or damage in any way and returns will not be accepted on items that have already been registered for manufacturer's warranty.
• Harmonicas are non-returnable. (Once it hits your lips it's yours!)
• Amplifier tubes and speakers are also non-returnable.
• Returns may be made for store credit only.
• Any trade credit will be refunded as store credit only. Due to the reports that we are required to file with the Portland Police we are unable to return merchandise once it's been traded in.
• If you are unable to return an item to the store yourself, returns and exchanges may be sent in. Any shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility in both directions.
